"I previously used an agent in Bellingham for our home owners insurance as well as car and life insurance. Today our washer didn't stop filling and flooded my house I called our normal agent and was told to call a contractor. It probably wasn't worth paying the deductible. I decided to move my accounts to this agents office. I called and spoke with Oscar. He is everything you would want in a horrible situation. He was kind, helpful , listened to my issue. "Well...my wife was rear-ended recently and her car was totaled. An agent from ARIZONA reviewed the case and came in with an absolute insulting offer for compensation and would not return calls. I went into Keith's office absolutely irate and had every intention on ending 25 years of being a customer due to the situation. Jennifer and Randilyn listened to my story and situation (and my foul mouth) and reached out to the gal in Arizona while I sat right at the desk, as I wasn't leaving without clarification. They were more than happy to spend nearly an hour getting me some answers. Then magically less than 24 hours later, a supervisor went and ACTUALLY LOOKED at the condition of the vehicle and came to their senses with 50% more value given to her car.
